Dr. Carla M. McNeal
Proprietor
Carla McNeal is a native of Jackson, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Mass Communications, her Master of Arts in Secondary Education, and her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership all from the University of Montevallo. She earned her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. She defended her qualitative dissertation entitled, Empowered Intersectionality Among Black Female K-12 Leaders: A Transcendental Phenomenological Study in April of 2017.
Dr. McNeal started her career in education as a high school English teacher with public schools in Alabama. She has also served as a reading intervention teacher, an adjunct English/Communications professor in higher education, and currently serves as a school-based administrator in the state of Maryland. Carla has more than 18 years of writing, proofreading, and editing experience. She looks forward to working with you on your projects!
